Earth day is coming and lets celebrate through the mail. For this swap, create a postcard or greeting card using only recycled/upcycled materials. It can be anything you find. Cereal boxes are a good backing for postcards. Then from there you can decorate with images from books, magazines, or anywhere else. Write to your partner a nice greeting.
