Valentine & Chocolate Swap

For this swap you will send a Valentines Day card with chocolate to your partner. You can send a candy bar, a chocolate rose, anything chocolate as long as you send it with a card.

For a heart, send a flower. This flower can be a sticker, a silk flower or a wooden flower. Use your imagination & let's have fun with it!
