Greetings!
Standard card size is 4x6, but you can make larger if you wish. (Not a requirement) @Isabellasnow has so inspired me to look on Youtube for fun (and honestly easy/fast) ways to add depth and fun to my crafting that I've spent quite awhile scoping things out...Well, the good news is, I found this fun and easy technique called Bokeh. I've done a couple of them myself because I have a TON of stamp inks from years gone by and they are SO COOL. Apparently there are a ton of different ways to do this - watercolor, etc. but I picked the stamping ink one for us to do here. These would be great for ATC backgrounds, card crafting, Art Decos...envies...anyhoo, hope you like the idea as much as I do. OH OH - and I found in other videos that if you don't have a sponge, you can use a cosmetic sponge (cheap at the dollar store) or even a cotton ball, although you'll want to rub your cotton ball into the ink more to get color on your card. Here is the Youtube link : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aaH0QE01D1s Anyhoo - You will make 3 backgrounds for 1 partner. Have fun with the colors..please make 3 different ones, although so far I have found the lightest color for the last step is either white, silver or gold. However - experiment and have fun, cuz that's what it's all about. Usual things apply - send on time, rate promptly, and HAVE A BLAST! Questions, please PM me, I see that much more quickly than notes on the post |
