YTPC: Triple Pocket Tag

Hi swappers!

For this swap, we'll be following the tutorial found HERE to create a triple-pocket tag for our partners.

I'm not certain the tutor mentions the tag size she uses. If you use her measurements, it should line up with one of the medium size tags. That said, you don't need to use an actual tag; you may use background paper cut to size, punch a hole in the top, snip the top edges, and create your own.

There should be a little something in each of the 3 pockets; to save on postage, feel free to send the inserts outside the pockets and let your partner fill it in.

Please use double-sided paper or prepare a double sided sheet before you begin.

Feel free to be creative with embellishments, sewing, etc. on your tag and please put something through the top hole.
