Description:
You will have one partner for which you will send 10" of 4 different patterns so a total of 40" of Halloween themed washi tape & write in a notecard what your top three favorite things to do for Halloween! Be sure to put the washi on a playing card or something similar. I will angel should you get flaked once you rate you partner appropriately. I reserve the right to ban possibly questionable swappers.
