Have you taken an ancestry DNA test? Are you fond of cultural things? For this swap you will send your partner a swap which has a component pertaining to your heritage. For example: if you are Mexican you may want to send a Mexican type snack, if you are Indian you could send something Indian themed such as a bangle, if you are Japanese you could send something from Japan, etc. You could send recipes, books, cookbooks, snacks, postcards, trinkets, jewelry, spices, souvenirs, something handmade, etc. Just send them something which explains who you are as a person heritage wise. If you come from many heritages then just explain to them in a letter.
