July is known for its National Ice Cream Day! Who doesn't like ice cream on a hot summer day! I like ice cream any day of the year! You will create a Mail Art envie with ice cream, popscicles, or milkshakes, ect. You can use magazine pictures, stamps, stickers, washi, diecuts or anything really that represents the theme! Enclose a flat item to pertain to ice cream, stickers, postcard, notecard, even an ice cream recipe or dessert using ice cream!
