When I was introduced to napkin decoupage I went a little nuts and got a bunch of napkins and started decoupaging anything that didn't move :-). I did envelops, maps, tags, bows, library cards, etc.... For this swap you will make two napkin decoupage envelopes for your swap partner. Envelopes can be from 3"x4" and up. Decorate as you wish. Feel free to add a few goodies in the envelopes for your swap partner. Happy Crafting | |
