Does it have to be in plastic wrap? I bought some from etsy but they just came wrapped in tissue paper!

Can we make them ourselves. I have been making mine using the fat quarters that I received in previous swaps. I make them 3 layers using a cotton flour sack dishtowel for the inner layer.

I have a question. Are these face masks, like we've been wearing during Covid, OR Skincare Face masks? I just wanted to be sure I send the right kind of face mask. LOL
