For this series, you will be creating a piece of artwork with other members of the group. If you are new starter or without a piece of art to work on: Use at least a 4x6 watercolor or mixed media paper and start a piece of artwork on one side. It can be a little bigger, but please make sure it is able to be sent off inside a regular sized envelope to facilitate international travel at a normal letter price. Any type of artwork is acceptable except for stickers. On the back, divide it into 3-6 sections- however many people you wish to work on the piece. Each time you work on the artwork, write your name, swap-bot name, date, swap round number, and what you added to the piece. You may send it to someone who has already worked on it if they are your partner in the next round. When you fill out the last section, the artwork is complete, and you mail it to the partner you get in that round. So please note, the finished piece doesn't return to the creator usually. It is not a postcard to be mailed naked either. To members with an art piece already: Add something to the front, and fill out a section on the back with your name, swap-bot name, swap number and what your added. Pop in an envelope and mail off to your partner! If at any time you don't wish to participate in these swaps anymore, please just send the unfinished pieces to me (rainydancer). It would be great to post finished products in the forum so we can all see what the final pieces look like! Group rating applies, along with logging in three days before swap start with no late swaps on your dash. If you have any questions, like always please feel free to ask! |
