For this swap you will create an ATC with a winter theme. One partner, one winter themed ATC. You decide how to decorate/layer it. Please put some time into it; No sticker slapping. Measurements: standard ATC size of 2 1/2" X 3 1/2" Don't forget to write on the back - SwapBot user ID and name of swap Anyone in this group can join the swap.
