tPCC: Ostara card

In the Northern Hemisphere, Ostara falls March 19-23. Let's send a card. :)

You will have 1 International partner and you will send them one greeting card (or postcard) with a Spring/Ostara themed card. (avoid the Easter bunny if you can.) Cards can be store bought or handmade - it's up to you.

Be sure to write a nice message to you partner, and don't forget the swap name and your SB ID. Rate when it arrives and be sure to communicate if there are any issues.
