You're definitely NOT required to send a book! Send anything book-themed. Here are some suggestions:

• postcards with a book/library theme

• envelopes/tags/pockets made from book pages

• reading list recommendations

• a few interesting book pages from a vintage book

• book plates

• or anything else you choose

Handmade is great for this swap. Since this is a 'blind' swap, you won't be checking your partner's profile before getting your envelope together. Seal, please, before partners are assigned.
