• You must have a reliable mail service and can generally expect international mail to arrive within 5 weeks.

• Lettermail thickness. If thicker check with your partner to see if they don't mind dealing with extra postage.

• Established works take priority over new items.

  Create new items if you do not have an established item to pass on, or if your partner has already worked on the established items you have, or if your partner is the creator of the item(s) you have and you do not have another item to send.

• You may "Pass" an item without contributing if it does not inspire.

• 1 deco booklet for one partner. You can send 2 but only 1 is required. (Check the comments below, some people want extras, some don't.)

When you rate your partner's deco, please describe the deco you've received.

Example:

"Thanks for sending user396's 'Cute Cats' deco."
