You will need to send an envelope containing 5 animal related items to your partner, from their favourite animals list. All five items can be of a particular animal that they love, or a mix of their favourites. Some ideas of what you could send are animal: stickers, memo pad, paper, washi tape samples, bookmark, keychain, postcard, note card, art or any handmade items.
