I was inspired by an envie swap I received recently I think this would be fun. So in the first part. we send our partner an ATC kit. It has to be more than just enough for one ATC so they can mix it up and decide what to use or what to leave out, the more the better. Include at least... 3 ATC backgrounds not just white or craft card but some coloured or even textured 3.5 inch x 2.5 inch cards that would be great to decorate and use as the starting point for an ATC. 3 ATC backs, the printed backs that you write the date, what the ATC is, your name etc that your partner can stick to the back of the finished ATC. Add as many other items that can be used as you like but the more the better, feed your partner's imagination, as this is a UK swap postage will be low so you can send a generous selection. Not everything you send has to be used so they can keep anything left for future swaps Apart from glue and colouring mediums nothing else is to be used to make the ATCs apart from what is in the kit you get. Some suggestions are... Stickers Die Cuts Sentiments, printed however you want to but sized for an ATC Small packs of glitter Embellishments Printed Decorative Paper, ATC size Ribbon Lace Washi Old Playing Cards Old stamps Stamped images book pages The list is endless. Try not to think of a specific ATC just pack the envelope with enough for your partner to make (at least) 1 great ATC. Include an envelope with your address on it and then your partner mails the finished ATC(s) back to you. (No need to include a stamped envelope just in case the postage amount is wrong depending on how much you include on your return) I'll give 4 weeks to complete the swap to allow time for the kit to get to you and the complete ATC to get back to your partner. Rate your partner a 5 if you get an ATC back by the deadline date made from the kit that you sent them. Hearts for more than one ATC, maybe even a return kit? As always 4.98 swap rating is needed but newbies are welcome, just message me to join and I'll Angel if it's ever needed. any questions drop me a message. If you need some help with ATCs and what they are then Tin Teddy is a great page to visit but there are many more, just google Artist Trading Cards. There are lots of tutorials and inspiration on YouTube. |
