Send a handmade card (made by you this month) to your partner. There are so many YouTube tutorials to learn from if you're new to the craft, or make up your own if you're experienced. CraftyAl on YouTube has quite a few templates (okay, a lot) that you can print out and use to make any kind of card. Not much more to say about it - make a nice Christmas card for your partner; add a sentiment or an image and send it off. Have more than one level on it. No sticking an image on a blank card :)
