Let's get a bit fussy! For this swap, you'll create one ATC which features at least 3 fussy cut paper items. Fussy cuts must be neat and clean - fussy cuts are NOT die cuts! Create a well laid out design or scene on your ATC and embellish as you see fit. NO stickers, please! Send in a protective sleeve with your artist info on the back.
