Description:

This is a crafting challenge that will force you to use themes and colors you wouldn't normally try to use together.

This swap theme is "POLKA DOTS" 🔵⚪️🟢🔴⚫️🟡

The objective of this swap is to create a piece of happy mail (flipbook, pocket letter, envelopes, baggies, zines, etc) that showcases the theme. Please DO NOT just fill an envelope with sticker flakes and paper, actually create something! Leave some goodies for your person to find throughout the creation!

POLKA DOTS can be any size and color, get out of your comfort zone & Experiment :)

This is SENDERS CHOICE, but feel free to use your recipients profile if you like, but it is not a requirement. This is for all levels of crafters, beginners and experienced, so please rate 5 as long as you receive happy mail that follows the theme, regardless of if you love it or not (but let's be honest, we all love happy mail regardless!)

Use as much creativity and supplies as you can: stickers, washi tape, note cards, ephemera, stamps, ribbons, die-cuts, just whatever you have in your stash that goes with the theme!

You may use other colors and themes as long as POLKA DOTS is the main highlight (not just random patterned stationary and ephemera)

Leave a little note for your person to read (doesn't have to be a long letter) tell them about your day or how you chose the designs you chose. It's up to you! And make sure to leave your swapbot ID and the name of this swap somewhere inside.

This is an international swap so please be mindful of how heavy your craft may become as postage can get high and I wouldn't want someone to have to pay extra postage upon arrival (it has happened to me in the past and i'd hate for it to happen to you!)

I can angle if necessary but I hope that it doesn't come to that as I'd hate for anyone to have to wait longer for their mail to arrive.

This is open to everyone, including new accounts, but I will only accept new accounts that have a fully filled out profile (not just a few lines)

Deadline to send out your mail is July 26th, the following Friday. Because this is senders choice, you may begin crafting prior to the sign up date if you feel like doing so.

(This swap is created with inspiration from a few other swapbot users, so please note this is not an original idea. Just my own spin on it!)
