If there’s one thing we can all count on in this life, it’s death, taxes, and endless credit card offers stuffing our mailboxes. Instead of tossing them straight into the recycling bin, let’s turn them into something weird and wonderful!

For this swap, you’ll create one altered mail art piece using materials exclusively from a credit card offer mailing—whether it’s Capitol One, Mastercard, Visa, or some other financial nuisance. The junk mail is your canvas, and the art style? That’s up to you! I am not sure if Capitol One is specific to my area of the US or if its all over the place, so it is preferred that you use those offers BUT if that isn't something that you get in the mail but want to participate you can do that as long as it is a credit card offer junk mail.

DO NOT use any information in your craft that could have sensitive personal information. Only junk offers.

Swap Requirements

✔️ Create and send one altered mail piece using materials from a credit card offer mailing.

✔️ The final creation is your choice—just make it artsy, altered, and awesome!

✔️ Be careful with too much paint - ink, stickers, washi are all fair game, but you don't want to cover up the logo too much or you won't be able to tell that the materials came from the CC offer.

✔️ Send on time—don’t be as unreliable as their "fixed" interest rates.

⭐ Must have a 4.9 rating or above to join. For this swap I will allow new swappers, it's fairly simple and made with materials that everyone should have. NOTE: Newbies - this is a good way to get a Type 3 swap with a high rating, it's yours to lose out on. I will angel if anyone needs it but lets not make that necessary.
