Dearest Correspondents,

Disturbing patterns have emerged within the Society’s central archive.

Filed reports are repeating themselves—nearly identical, yet... off. The same illustrations appear with minor details shifted. Documents filed under different dates return to us in mirrored form. ATCs are echoing each other, with color palettes reversed, messages scrambled. We believe these anomalies are connected to the unresolved temporal feedback loop surrounding Agent Velvetcup.

Your mission is clear:

Investigate the phenomenon of recurrence and create a swap that reflects what you’ve uncovered. Your contribution should exhibit evidence of something looping, repeating, or mirroring

Swap Description

🔸 Your creation(s) must include a design that represents a repeating pattern, mirrored design, or clock motif.

🔸A written note or mini-report describing your findings (this can be short 1 paragraph or longer).

Are the echoes growing stronger? Is Velvetcup’s signal bleeding into other files?

🎨Here are a few examples (you can use these or interpret the theme in your way):

• Use recurring materials (e.g. the same sticker or stamp in several places).

• A collage, painting or drawing that mirrors or inverts itself.

• Make a set of 2 ATC’s that mirror each other

• Include a time-based motif (clocks, spirals, déjà vu symbols).

Swap Requirements

✔️ Send a minimum of 1 creation representing the theme of repetition, mirrored design or a clock motif, it must be a minimum of standard ATC size (2.5” x 3.5”) but as large as you want. If you choose ATC's there must be a set of 2.
