Description:

The idea here is to send your partner a vacation postcard with an original haiku every Friday during the summer, starting with June 12th, and ending September 4th. So that would be thirteen weeks. The card can be store bought, hand-made or even from a thrift store. I love the old cards and am not picky about them being in perfect condition. You will have two partners. You can send them both the same haiku, or send a different one to each. The idea here is to write, write, write.

Also, you do not actually have to go on vacation every week. LOL. I know I couldn't afford that. So just a pretend vacation, or a road trip, or even a trip to a nearby town for shopping. At the end of the summer we should have a nice notebook full of cards from all over.

PS. if you are making your postcard, plus make them 4 X 6 inches, so that they will fit in a standard picture book.

I will not ban any group member from this swap. Have fun.
