Description:
I love Top Chef and their quickfire challenges, so I made the quickfire ATC swap from the show's idea of making a dish in a small time frame. This is the third quickfire ATC swap so far. The rules are pretty simple: Create one ATC for your one partner. You must complete the ATC in 15 minutes from start to finish, so plan carefully. The time constraint can be a really fun way to complete something, and you may be pleasantly surprised by the results! What's our theme? Summer!
