This is an International 3 x 3 Swap. You will have three partners and you will send 3 ATC's to each partner for a total of 9 ATC's.

The theme is Black & White! You can add a dash (and I mean dash) of one other colour for dramatic effect but the whole aim is to focus on the use of Black and White…

ATC's are to be standard size (2.5' by 3.5') and must be on cardboard.
