UK Penpals -- Tell me about your town

This is a swap for UK folks only, to make new friends at Home. Write a letter intoducing yourself, and also tell your new friend about where you live. Where you born and raised there, or have you moved around? What is interesting about your town?

What makes it home for you? Tuck in a postcard of your town as well, to show what it looks like. A handwritten letter would be nice, but if your handwriting is difficult to read, or you have problems with your hands, (arthritis, for example), then you're welcome to type your letter.

Obviously I'm hoping that we don't get any flakers, but I'm going to go out on a limb and say that newbies are welcome with well-filled profiles. The idea is that you end up with two new penpals that you continue to write to after the swap is over. So please don't sign up if you only want a one-off letter swap. (If an angel is needed, I'll do it.) No one with 1's in the past month will be admitted, sorry.
