I loved the idea! I think we should say which pet we have.

I have a male mixed breed dog named Miolo.

Pudboo is a 2 year old male orange tabby.

this is the cutest swap ever.i wish i could sign up for the twice. maybe there can be a sequel? . I have a cat named Frisky (5 year old male orange cat). He would like a picture of his penpal so he knows who he's talking too! some times he's so silly!

I have two cats, Jezebel and Spike, and they recently celebrated their 7th birthday. They're brother and sister, and so they're used to sharing! Spike is an orange tabby and Jezebel is calico.

I have more than one cat - they are getting together to collaborate. Last I saw them they were headed down the hall with a pad of paper and some pencils!

I have a few animals, but the one who would love having a penpal most would be my calico cat, Belle. She's always interested in my mail, and she would love to have some mail of her own! :)

I have a 17-year-old beautiful tortie named Shadow. She's looking forward to receiving mail!

My cat is a little grey-and-white former-stray named (very unoriginally) Baby. My mom was calling him "Lupin" (after the Harry Potter character Remus Lupin) when he first arrive two years ago, but it didn't stick.

I have a 20 month oldpitbull named diamond-girl and she is my whole world. She is the sweetest lil puppy ever. I recieved her as a gift a few months after my chihuahua passed.She is my determination to wake up each morning ...long story but she makes my lil world complete...

My girl Brownie would definitely be into getting and sending some mail. She's a 2-1/2 year old mixed breed dog. If you check out my blog, you can read about our therapy dog visits every Friday afternoon. She's very outgoing, so I know this is just the swap for her.

I have an English Bulldog named Tess. She will love hearing from your pet because she makes friends with everybody, two-legged, four-legged, it doesn't matter. She just loves to love, and she has room in her heart for your pet too!

I have 12 week old kittens, "Coco", "Daisy" and "Scarlet". They are in pre 'k' and just learning to write so all three will send mail to your pet.

My two dogs, both rescues, are Asha (who loves to retrieve and get attention) and Kate (who loves to eat & get attention). They will enjoy receiving mail, for sure, and they'll have some stories to tell your pet, as well. What a great swap idea!!

Believe me this will be a blast! My sister and I find our cats corresponding with one another several times a year, and it is always a hoot. If I can, I will join in here too later this week. My home is currently Occupied by nearly a dozen cats, four of which own me, and six of whom are on loan from three friends now travelling. There are alos two neighborhood cats who like to drop infor a snack now and then. Amazingly, all of them seem to get along, some well, some tolerably, and all like my little dog, a mellow young jack russell doggirl. She likely thinks she is a cat too.

I have a 4 yr old Jack Russell who would love to make a new friend! He would also like a picture in order to know what his new friend looks like. His mail should be addressed to: Mr. Milo Otis! Thanks.

I love this! My golden hamster Ophelia would love to get some mail! She's a spoiled little girl!

This is too cute! My cat Oscar finds himself with too much time on his paws, so I think he would be happy to write a letter in between naps and eating. :)

Hi! I'm new here - this is actually the second swap for which I've signed up, but the first one that will be sent out. Our dog, Henry, is 9. We adopted him in 1998. Our toddler will be thrilled that her big brother is getting mail! :-)

im so excited about this swap. i have a dog called star, two tortoises called dandilion and burdock and 2 goldfish called nemo and burberry. my dog star loves the post, she sits on the doorstep waiting for the postman then he gives her the post and she brings it to me, she is a great dog. the tortoises and fish dont care about the letters they r busy doing other things like keeping fit swimming or eating grass being heathly in the garden :-) star would love to recieve some mail

I have two rescued guinea pigs named Diana and Lily who would appreciate not being eaten!

They are scared of pretty much everything so they ask that their penpal be nice and gentle. And nu eats!

What fun! Jackie, my Jack Russell Terrier (wire haired) and Jake, the Westie mix, are quite excited about this game I play just about every day. They sit at my feet while I type or sit under the table while I make the ATC's (they are very wary of falling art objects and glues and such). They are both looking forward to having a chance to put their thoughts into the mail! (Thanks for the cool swap, raynekitten!)

I have two very musical lovebirds (Ariel and Tianna) and a 7 month old kitten who is desperate for another kitty friend! Her name is Bella Noelle (a.k.a. "Bella Vicious") and she tries to play with the neighborhood stray cats through our windows. Can't wait to hear from you!

I'm a little confused, or maybe I'm stupid... This seems like a REALLY CUTE idea, but are we suppose to actually write words or put our pets through torture my dropping them in a pan of paint and letting them walk all over a piece of paper? I am assuming its like a person writting a letter to a person, so it would be WRITTEN WORDS, but I'm tired... so what do I know!?

My family has three cats and a dog. My cat Mortimer is going to write the letter - or, maybe more accurately, Boogle will write it out because she has thumbs, but Mortimer will dictate.

Cats: Mortimer (boy), Mini (girl), Boogle (girl)

Dog: Rusty (boy)

You can write to the whole mess of them, or just to Mortimer, but whoever Morty writes to, know that he'll talk about his family some.

Also, Mortimer would like a picture of who writes to him, too!

hehe this is a great idea. we have 2 cats, one is indie (8 years), but she belongs to my husbands mother. the other cat, gerome (about 4 years), is my cutie and i am sure he'll be pleased to get mail. he is a normal shorthair, but i think one of his parents or grandparents must have been a maine coon or something as he meows like them and his fur tends to be really crazy. he also has some issues going on (hard life before we found him in the yard last year, hungry and dirty, i can't imagine how you can throw an adorable cat like this out), so he is sometimes a very sad cat... but he gets used to us and most of the time he's happy and very thankful that we gave him a new home. so gerome can't wait :)

Chickpea, Yes I do love Joss. He is such a talented man. My Buffy is a little girl with lots of spunk and will take on even my dog at times.

2 girl kitties live here. Buddy and Sputter. Buddy will be writing because she is braver and inerested in meeting someone new. So far, she loves my mail and wants some of her own. (they are 2 1/2 in people years)

I have a 3 year old male Puggle (a cross between a pug and a beagle) that is named Mongo. We've had him for almost 2 years now. A co-worker of mine through summer school rescued him from an animal shelter, where Mongo was about to be put to sleep. The original couple that owned him just had a baby and didn't feel like they could take care of him, too. He's a great dog, even if he is ornery!

KAZIE - m - big black fat cat who gets into EVERYTHING, hence the shortened name of "Kamakazie". ROSE - f - primadonna kitty who was found in the hallways of my apartment building on New Years. She spends her day in regal poses and tries to keep all of her brothers away from her. VENTURE - m - my grown kitten. He was born on the end of my bed. He likes to spend all of his time at the highest places in the apartment as he can get. WICKETT - m - 3 words: fat, lazy, fluffy. My maine coon who likes to spend his days sleeping anywhere, anytime, anyplace. And lastly, JEWELS - f - my boston terrier who loves to chase around the cats and tell them whos boss (just as long as they don't tell her who is REALLY the bosses because then she has to hide behind mommy for protection from the scary cats).

I have a rabbit called Smudge who is 10 months old, and he loves paper! He would love to receive a nice letter from his penpal with a picture if possible =D

(What a fun swap!) The likely canidate in our household is "Big Bertha" my rather robust Rottweiler- she is a certified Service Dog, and she has her own blog, so she's quite skilled at writing. (COUGH) ...okay, I have fun writing 'her' blog- I sincerely hope no one thinks the dog types or dictates what to type. :P But it's fun, isn't it, to stop and think what YOUR pet might have to say? This is so cute! I have a Ragdoll Cat named Leopold. He is the very best friend ever! He is the most loving snuggle bunny but he also knows that he rules the house and dogs.

Partners will go out either before i go to work if it allows me or right when i get home from work.
