I had such good responses to the last, that we're going to do it again! Mostly the same rules as before with one new addition, IF YOU DID NOT SEND IN THE LAST DOLLAR STORE SWAP YOU WILL BE BANNED FROM THIS ONE. Here it is for the people who missed the last one.

The dollar store is an untapped resource of amazing cheaply produced finery. I myself have gone over board in many a dollar store for a project.

This swap is for 5 random dollar store items. You will have one swap partner, and sorry to say to keep shipping costs down this swap will only be open to US and Canada.

Now I say random, but really, I mean try to find something fun, interesting, odd, unique, or just plain bizarre. Let me give you an example. Bag of plastic ninjas=good dollar store find! Brown and White Dishcloths=Boring! You get the idea.

And finally, please absolutely NO FOOD ITEMS.

Now think, ninja, think greenback, think dollar store.

If you plan on doing this montly, I say keep it as is with $5 and one partner. But that's just the poor college student in me talking ;)

I did all my shopping for the fist one yesterday and i'll be sending it tomorrow (last day, I know) I am sooo happy you did this one again. I love dollar store shopping. yes!

What if we want boring black and white dish towels:) I will send out to my partner weird things but whomever gets me as a swap partner can send me simple things if they like.

Just want to tell my partner that if they want I have seen that dollar stores now carry yarn and knitting needles. If they can find that sort of thing I would love it. Or dish towels i al always in need of dish towels:)

I just went to a dollar stop that I had never been to before. (Just went meaning yesterday) and found some awsome things. They definately fall into the odd items category. This is very exciting!

We had a few dollar stores but they had closed. I finally found one but they have lost the concept of "dollar store".

They have some great stuff though. I had fun shopping for this swap.

I feel that half the items I received on my last swap were something they would find in someones "to throw" box. I wasn't pleased.
