Description:
In this swap, you will create ONE ATC for ONE PARTNER. Must glow in the dark! Does NOT have to glow completely, just a few accents is fine as long as it shines brightly when the lights are out! Glow in the dark stickers, stars, paint, etc are accepted. Open to EVERYONE. Newcomers are welcomed, as well as those without 5.00 profiles and those new to ATCs. We all deserve a fair chance at starting or rebuilding our profile. If you do not agree, please do not join. Please DO NOT flake, make it fun & fair for everyone, like I have by allowing everyone to join.
