Handmade Valentine's Sweets

Valentine's Day is just about a month away, so let's create a sweet present for our Poupee friends! Handmade sweets are big in Japan right now, and sweets items are always making it into the suteki ranking.

For this swap, you will send one (or more if you'd like) handmade sweets item to one partner. The item can be handmade/decorated by you, or bought handmade from Etsy, Yahoo Japan Auctions, etc. Please do not buy something from Target/Walmart/Claire's/etc - we want this to be special!

The item can be jewelry (necklaces, bracelets, rings, etc), phone straps or keychains, accessories (hair clips, headbands, brooches), or an interior goods item (jewelry box, hand mirror, photo frame, etc - although you wouldn't be able to upload this to Poupee afterward!)

"Sweets" encompasses cakes, cupcakes, donuts, ice cream, whipped cream, fruits, macarons, etc. Typical sweets jewelry is made of clay and/or silicone, but use your imagination! For inspiration, check Google Images or Flickr for "sweets deco" or "スイーツ　デコ".

There is no minimum/maximum spending limit, as it is handmade, but do send your partner something lovely that you'd be happy to receive! Please also include a Valentine's card (handmade or store-bought).
