For 10 weeks (*starting Feb. 1, 2010), you will keep a diet/exercise/health journal that you will send to your partner at the end of the 10 weeks. Start with a little intro. about yourself in the beginning... Set a main goal at the beginning, as well as some smaller ones (steps), and track your progress over the ten week period. (example of a major goal:Lose x number of pounds. Smaller goals would be: exercise x mins a day, drink x amount of water daily, etc etc) Keep track of what you eat, what exercise you do, any tips, special recipes you use, etc. Whatever you do to get healthier! You must have entries for at least 63 days (that allows you to "forget" to write 7 different days during the 10 weeks). Please send ON TIME... I am setting the send by date from 11 weeks from tomorrow in order to give an extra week to mail :) Rate Fairly and Promptly. |
