It's generally accepted that 4 weeks is a suitable time to wait for international mail before rating and then pm your partner for a discussion before rating a 1.

my mistake whisper i have deleted your rating of a 1 i wasnt thinking about international i know it takes longer i didnt know we were to wait 4 weeks but that makes sense cause it takes a while on international I apologize to you and maroy for the mistake
