Each person will send at least 4 decos to their partner via snail mail. This is a good way to get rid of your excess. I take old decos (older than 2 years) that need finished up. I am in a Yahoo group that specializes in getting them home fast.

sorry to be dumb here, but what's a deco?

You asked me what a deco is. Do you know what an fb is? Its something like that but its a booklet you make and decorate the cover and pass on. Each person will decorate a full page and sign their name the info you put on it you try to blend into the picture and you pass this booklet on until its full then it goes to the person it was made for.
