For this swap you'll be hitting the jewelry counter at your favorite thrift shop to hunt up some thrifted bling for one partner. See what you can find with a spending limit of $7, and deck your partner out in earrings, necklaces, pins, and / or bracelets. Unless their profile (or swap comments) state that they like mismatched jewelry or taking it apart for other crafting, send only items that are in wearable condition.

Since this is a group swap the minimum rating to join is 4.8. There shouldn't be any problems with flakers, but if someone spazzes out I will angel or find an angel.
