O, sweet used treasure! (USA & Canada)

I'm in!!! I love treasure hunting at thrift shops, flea markets, and yard sales! I live in the heart of flea market/antiques/yard sale country (Berks County, PA) so I would appreciate some ideas of likes/dislikes from my partner to help me narrow down my search. Mine are: little poodle figurines or anything vintage with a poodle on it, buttons, embroidered pillowcases and linens (I use the embroidered part), silk neckties from the 50's and earlier (I use the fabric), lace, hankies, doilies, postcards, china teacups (I make pincushions out of them), old needlework magazines. Sometimes people's profiles don't give me a very good idea of what type of "used" items they would find acceptable.

Ok I like vintage beads, buttons & jewelry, embroidered pillowcases, vintage aprons, jadeite, pretty much most shabby-chic type pink, green or white items, china teacups, anything to do with scotties, fairies, mermaids & seahorses, apple-shaped/green-colored bowls, enamelware, vintage christmas ornaments.... Oh, great idea to list favorites, krazypoodle! I know what you mean - my profile is very sparse, itself.

I love antique keys and metal or leather jewelries. Unique or vintage postcards, journals, papers (I alter matchboxes). nature-related items, scarves (to wear around your neck or hair), little boxes or containers, vases and cups. That earthy antique look :)

We have the BEST resale shop in our town....high-end and estate type items at cheap, cheap prices..this gives me a good excuse (like I need one) to go there and shop! These are the things I like:

small boxes, anything bird related or garden/yard related, books especially childrens Christmas, Men's Christmas ties, anything for storage in my NEW craft room, flowery china, old vintage type toys or games, small picture frames, crosses, mixed bags of "stuff"(the bottom of the toy box kind of stuff), old buttons (don't forget to look on the old clothes in the "cheap" section), initial type letters

Can't wait to get started on this one!! I think we should include the price on what each item cost, that's the best part for me the bargain factor!
