ICNTECHNICOLOR suggested this swap. When I was younger, I sent out penpal letters in envelopes I decorated with my doodles. Since it has been so long I thought it would be best to check out some examples on Google. Particpants will mail one mail art envie to one partner. Envelope must be at least 4" x 6".
