Description:

In this swap, you will have one partner to whom you will send a handmade/altered/purchased sketchbook that has at least 10 pages. You will post 5 of your favorite series on the comments section and your partner will draw each of your favorites series in separate pages in the sketchpad. The other 5 pages will have drawings of 5 of your own favorite series. This series can be from anime, manga, or video game as long as the video game is influenced with an anime-like style, like Final Fantasy, .Hack, Persona, and any others like that.

There is an exception to the senders choice of series though. No duplicates are allowed, meaning that if your partner likes Bleach and so do you, you cannot make two drawings of Bleach. You would just have to choose something else. So in total, you will have a completed sketchbook with 10 different drawings of 10 different drawings.

Each drawing will be made on a separate page, which leaves either an empty back page. On the back page, you will write a comment that relates to the series you've just drawn. It can be a quote, why you like it, or what you find interesting about it, or just some thoughts or questions that you may have since some of the series may be new to you.

The sketchbook can be of any size.

Hmm I'd love if my partner could include these in my sketchbook as they're my faves ! I have very girly taste when it comes to anime haha, 2 of those are also pretty new / ongoing~

Ok, so my favs are really easy for me to come up with....lol.... 1. Bleach- Yourichi and Kisuke are my favorites 2. Ouran Highschool Host Club- love Kyoya 3. Final Fantasy- 7 and up 4. Full Metal Alchemist 5. Tsubasa Reservior Chronicle

I think this needs a bit of clarifying...
It says "At least 10 pages" and then later says there will be a blank page for each drawing...So is this a 10 sheet that makes 20 pages drawing book, or a 5 sheet making 10 pages and one additional sheet for a blank page for the information? And do we write what we like about EACH series for EACH of our five drawings or only one page?

I think 10 pages = 5 your faves + 5 partner's faves

Do not draw on both sides of paper = 10 drawn sides & 10 blank sides

The blank sides are to be used for any comments regarding the drawing on the other side.

Anime/manga I like:

  • Gundam (0079, Zeta, 8th MS Team, Wing, Seed) Feel free to pick pretty much any series from the timeline.

  • Pokemon (Venusaur is my absolute favorite, but I'll love anything to do with Pokemon)

  • Ookiku Furikabutte (or Big Windup! as Funimation released it.) I love, love, love this series.

  • Beck: Mongolian Chop Squad (<3 <3 <3)

  • Cardcaptor Sakura (I love Sakura, but pick any of the characters or even the cards!)
