i have a TON of great diabetic cookbooks I'd love to share the names of for yall --- by JUST changing our diet since April, my DH has lost 29 lbs & I lost 13lbs. First thing I did was get ALL the cereal, white rice, white breads, baked goods & baking supplies OUT of THE HOUSE!!! My coworkers loved the "free" pantry pickin!!! DH said that has helped me greatly! SInce there is nothing there to 'tease' him or get him to cheat by eating that stuff.

Hope yall can start or make this BIG impact, to help yall's way to healthier eating for the diabetic in your home.
