I'm New To Making ATC Swap ~ USA #2

We had a good response the first time, so here we go again!

If you are interested in making ATCs, but want some practice this one is for you. This does not mean you can send shabby cards, please do your best to send your partner something that will wow them.

Veteran ATC makers are also welcome.

You will make 1 ATC for each of 2 partners based on anything you can find in thier profile. It could be based on colors they like, the state they are from, songs, or whatever catches your eye.

Newbies allowed with a fully filled out profile! Only swappers with 4.5 - 5 ratings will be allowed. Those who do not fit the requirements will be banned, sorry. If you have a recent 1 or 3 send me a message explaining what happened. This is a USA swap also. If people are interested in an International swap like this send me a message.
