This is my first time for such a swap and I would like to know if the cards have a special size? Material? Can I find some examples? Many thanks Yvonne

Making sure I understand...mailing TWO naked fabric post cards to a single partner, but one at a time? (ie not sending them in a envelope together?) Thanks

@YvonneCrea Fabric postcard should be the same size as a regular postcard. Because they are usually thicker and more floppy than a paper postcard, you will most likely need to add additional postage. In the US, it generally costs 64-cents (44 first class postage + 20-cent non-machinable charge - trust me, I've sent over 300 of these). As far as how to make one, google it. This page has some good ideas http://quilting.about.com/od/quiltpatternsprojects/ss/fabricpostcard.htm.

@TurtleLove You will be mailing TWO naked fabric postcard, and they must be sent separately. No envelopes, no combining. The point is to send two separate items, and with an obvious theme or a short note on the back, explain why the two items make "a nice pair".

I think they changed the link a little on the about.com url...
