oh how fast the years gone by.. and every year it's the same resolution!

for me, every year i TRY to be more organize! and what better ways to do that than having a cute pocket diary so that u can always remeber your schedule and appointments!

for this swap, Send ONE 2011 pocket diary to your partner..

Remember the Theme design have to have a dessert motif infront! (example: cupcakes!, doughnuts, sweets, ice cream)

u can buy a plain ones and decorated them (PLEASE! make Sure they are decorated nicely! dont just put Random Stickers!)

Buy the ones that is already has cute dessert theme on them!
