You will need to send your partner a State University post card with a written message (not blank in an envelope). Please do not send homemade cards or include advertising. Everyone is welcome, but I will be reviewing profiles to be sure that everyone who signs up appears to be serious or has explanations on low ratings. It is very disappointing to not receive on a swap so please only sign up for this swap if you are able to send.
