This swap is for swapping teabags. Everyone sends at least 6 different teabags to 3 different partners and receives the same amount of teabags. This shouldn´t be too expensive for people like me, who just can´t afford sending tea mugs abroad, but would like to try new tea flavours :) Try to find some local teas if possible, so the partners receive something they haven´t tried before!

Do we have to send commercial tea bags. I buy loose tea but I can send it out in single serving tea filters, I think they're called T-sacs. Would that be acceptable? I can also buy bags, but I would love to share some of the loose teas I enjoy.

T-sacs are acceptable! I just wonder where you can find those serving tea filters, I haven´t seen any here in Finland.

I'll possibly send my partners a combination of loose and bag tea. Unless they specify otherwise. As for me, I'd love either/both. I prefer black or green teas. I love chai and assam blends. I can't really get into most herbal teas, but I don't mind receiving some because other people I drink tea with like them.

Teas are going with the postman in one hour. I hope they will be soon with my swap-partners so that they can hopefully enjoy there teas.

I just posted my teabags. I hope they get there! The postie put them through as normal letters because it was so much cheaper ($1.85 rather than $9.50 each). He wasn't too concerned, but I am! I hope they get there...

I just received my first parcel, but Australian quarantine have taken all the tea bags! I'm afraid I'm not going to receive anything from anyone...:( I hope that my parcels make it across the world.

It's tea-time here today! Thank you to Lenka from the Czech Republic for six very cool and interesting-sounding teas that just arrived.

And thanks to Dieuwertje for six specially-wrapped teas from Germany as well! Dieuwertje, your envelope looked so pretty...and thanks for the special little "treat" you enclosed, too!

I rec'd a wonderful package today but there was no name on the package. If you sent a package to me in Canada and included 2 highlighters, stickers and a bubble bath, could you please e-mail me so I know who to thank, I couldn't even read the postmark and the writing was coming off the envelope. It was in a white bubble wrap plastic envelope. Supreme thanks to whomever sent it, but I'd like to know who sent it!

groovyholly...sent you an email :) also, posted pics of the ones i received. thank you chall, miet and susan :) guess i forgot to include notes with my pacs...first swap i sent out. ;) but i am glad they arrived...i wasnt sure about the way i mailed them off. thanks everyone for the wonderful teas :)
