Quilled (Paper Quilling) ATC Swap

For this swap you will make one (1) QUILLED ATC for one (1) partner. This is strictly USA and I will weed out participants with a 4.50 or lower with no recent unexplained ones or threes within the last three months. Email me if you have any questions.

Please do your best work, like something you would want to receive; preferably on good cardstock or strong paper with a nice pattern. The quilled design is the sender's choice, but please don't send your partner a bunch of circles.
