I have a question about electronic formats.

Do people have Word or shall these be in the text of the email? Or could I load them into Google Docs and share the folder with people, read only? My swap partners can open the Google documents online then download them as if from an email into any document format they want.

I've never used google docs, when i set this up I really envisioned it being in an email, and actually being in the email....Some have sent them through in pdf or doc form though
