My name is Carrie, I'm in my late 40's and have five children. Right now, our home is in Florida though we have lived in a few different states.

I love animals! Currently, we have 3 dogs, cats & 4 turtles sharing our home. Outside are our flock of chickens. I've also raised ducks, rats, gerbils, hamsters, lizards, and more over the years.

I am an avid crocheter. I am a 'joiner' for Warm Up America. That means that I assemble 7x9" sections that are created by people all over the USA into blankets that are then donated to organizations that help those in need.

I enjoy painting on occasion. I always wanted to learn, but never picked up a paintbrush until December of 2020. Once I did, I was hooked.

Recently I discovered the joys of making Junk Journals. I've always had an obsession with all things in the 'stationery' category, so obviously, I fell in love with this new hobby. :-)

Diamond painting is another hobby... Honestly, I create something every day in one way or the other.

My taste in music is quite eclectic. The genre that I listen to largely depends on my mood.

Live concerts are life! There's just something about the feeling of your internal organs vibrating to the sound of a live band.

80's Hairbands used to be my favorite genre, but I love rock n roll in general.

More recently, I have become enamored with Kpop. BTS and Ateez are my favorite, but I also love The Rose, Enhyphen, TXT, Oneus, Treasure, Seventeen, SHINee, WayV & more.

My favorite book is usually the one that I'm reading at that particular moment. I'm not a huge fan of romance novels, but if they have some mystery or twist to make it more about the 'love stuff', then I can usually get into them.

I'm more of a classic, mystery, fantasy, sci-fi, steampunk fiction kinda girl.

I used to read a lot of horror novels, but not so much anymore.

Recently I watched Hacksaw and that has to be at the top of my list.
