I'm really glad that the '100 Ways' link on my profile made you feel liberated - it was the same for me during a really rough period in my life when I felt there was noone I could turn to and so had to dig deep within myself. You know, the funny thing is that one of the things that seems to work really well for me.. as basic as it is.. is just to grin really big when you feel crappy. It makes you feel totally goofy but it does brighten you up a little (especially if you look in the mirror when you do it - looks so silly!). heehee :D
Anyway, I just thought I'd mention that, and also, if you ever want to do a private swap with me drop me a line - there are lots of things from your list I can provide you with. :)
