I live in the United States and am married. We have one cat. My favorite animal is cats. I am very laid back and down to earth person. I enjoy vintage/country type of things when it comes to art or my style of dress. For crafts I also enjoy the primitive/folk items as well. I love most crafts; sewing/quilting (especially doing them by hand), embroidery, counted cross stitch,needle tatting, crochet. I enjoy helping others especially in making items for certain causes and gifts to family and friends. I also like gardening, cooking and baking, writing letters, visiting the country, visiting national parks and reading. I read a wide variety of books, especially classic literature (started reading several classic books recently and loving it so far), historical fiction and christian fiction books. I especially love learning and reading about the aristocracy as well.
Fabric: Civil War, 1930's/Depression, Marble fabric, Calico and som Batiks. As well as other fabrics which have a 1800's/country/homey type of feel.
Cooking, baking and gardening Tea: I enjoy vanilla, mint, raspberry, chai, cinnamon apple, strawberry and mostly the herbal/fruit variety. I DO NOT like lemon. NO CHOCOLATE TEAS EITHER (I am allergic to Milk).
Items I enjoy receiving: bookmarks, letters, stationary, tea, fabric, rickrack, vintage items, victorian items, small crafty nick nat items.
Crafts which I want to learn: Bobbin Lace
Crafts that I am a beginner: Needle Tatting, quilter, weaving and crochet
I also enjoy counted cross stitch
Shows/Movies: Antiques Roadshow, Dexter, Sopranos, Lark Rise to Candleford, Deadliest Catch, Cranford, Return to Cranford, Fons and Porters Love of Quilting, Growing a Greener World, Godfather I and II, Harry Potter, Sweet Land, Burn Notice, Leverage, Burn After Reading, Black Adder, Anne of Green Gables, Stand by Me, Golden Girls, Amazing Grace, Rosemary and Thyme, MI-5, Black Books, Downton Abbey,The Kings Speech, Emma, Pride and Prejudice, and Walk the Line just to name a few.

Anything with chocolate/milk/fish as I am Allergic
Perfumes/Scented lotions or soap: I am highly sensitive to them
I do not like lemon or things which are tart/sour.
