My name is Raven. I joined Swap-Bot eleven years ago, when a pen-pal recommended it to me because I absolutely LOVE snail mail! I enjoy making Mail Art, writing letters, sending holiday cards, sending Post Cards when I travel, and sending small surprises in the mail. I find Swap-Bot to be a great way to meet new people and make new friends - because let's be honest, making friends as an adult is HARD!

I am 36 and I currently live in Ohio with my fiancé James. We have three rescue dogs: Willow, Blue, and Baxter. Willow is a Beagle/Basset Hound Mix, Blue is a Catahoula Leopard Hound Mix, and Baxter (our newest addition) is a Boxer Mix.

Random Facts:
♥ I am a Logistics Manager and I work the overnight shift. I really HATE the shift, but it's a decent job. I work from home full-time.
♥ I am currently planning my wedding (for August of 2024) and honestly never thought that there was SO much to it! Any wedding planning tips or suggestions, or wedding themed surprises are welcome!
♥ I am non-binary and my pronouns are they/them.
♥ I love the outdoors. I try to spend as much time outside as possible - in whatever form I can, be it hiking, lounging at the beach, or exploring a local park with James and the pups.
♥ I love to travel! I travel as much as I can (as much as my wallet will let me, that is!).
♥ I was born and raised in Connecticut, and lived in New Hampshire for five years before I moved to Ohio in January of 2021 for my current job. New England will always be "home" to me.
♥ I have no children of my own - but often refer to my three nephews as "my kids," as I co-raise them with my mom. (Steven, age 8; Michael, age 11; and Keith, age 16).
♥ I am an eclectic witch / solitary Pagan.

Things I Collect
Some of my favorite things to collect are:
♥ Anything with ravens, owls, or flamingos.
♥ Anything Highland Cow. (Or anything cow in general, to be honest. My kitchen has a cow theme to it!)
♥ Anything with moose.
♥ Office supplies and stationary. (I love a good gel pen or a good fountain pen! Stationary always comes in handy for my letter writing.)
♥ Stickers.
♥ Scrapbooking and paper craft supplies.

♥ Handmade surprises - I'd love to receive something handmade - anything you craft is welcome, be it a drawing, card, ATC, soap, scarf, etc... - whatever it is, I'm not picky, I love handmade gifts. :-)
♥ Craft Supplies (scrapbooking supplies, card making supplies, papers, stickers, stamps, etc...) As an FYI, I do have terrible carpal tunnel and arthritis issues in my wrist and hand, so "fine motor" crafts such as diamond painting are terribly painful / not feasible for me to partake in.
♥ Gardening Supplies (seeds, bulbs, plant food, etc...)
♥ Treats for the pups! (Dog toys, dog treats, etc...)
♥ Things for writing my pen-pals (stationary, pens, stickers, envelope seals, etc...)
