1.I had initially attempted to join for the postcard swaps. My goal in 2011 was to get at least one postcard from every state sent to my residents at the nursing home I work at. I then discovered how hard it was to get in around here and discovered postcrossing at the same time, postcrossing I was able to just sign up and go! I'm back because my residents have been asking for more variety of postcards! They love getting them, reading what others write, looking at the stamps (unique stamps are good!), and making it a whole discussion about where the card is from, ect
