THANK YOU for the awesome idea of strawberries in the oatmeal (via MFP).. I keep frozen strawberries in my freezer for protein shakes and never thought of putting them in my oatmeal (as crazy as that sounds).. OMG.. GOOD!! I think that's my new favorite in my oatmeal. You might want to try my little recipe.. I use splenda, a little cinnamon, and a tbsp of fat free caramel syrup drizzled on top.. mmmm reminds me of sopapias that I get at the mexican restaurant.. so its like desert :)
